Ray Brandon is the Director of Church Planting for EveryEthne in North America, with decades of experience in pastoral ministry and church development. Based in Kalamazoo, Michigan, Ray founded Immanuel Korean Baptist Church and Northbridge Church, where he served as preaching pastor for 20 years, leading church planting initiatives and mentoring church planters. Using the Journey, Ray coaches pastors on how to saturate their geography with the gospel and build a church-planting culture within their congregations. Ray is also a Licensed Professional Counselor and Biblical Counselor in Southwest Michigan, specializing in marriage trauma, infidelity, and sinful habituation. He and his wife are proud parents of four children and seven grandchildren.
