What would it look like if the followers of Christ in a local congregation realized that God purposely placed them in a specific place with specific people? The heart behind the MyCircle Training is to help church leaders equip their people to participate in God’s redemptive mission within the context of their daily lives and relationships through taking the following steps:

1. Identify the network of relationships in the midst of which God has placed them; this is their circle.

2. Meaningfully engage their circle through prayer and a tangible Gospel presence.

3. Share their grace story as well as proclaim the Gospel to the people in their circle.

The Good Soil Seminar equips you to share God’s story of redemption chronologically so that people will clearly understand, sincerely embrace, and firmly hold on to the gospel. The seminar extends over two days and is generally followed by an optional one-day Good Soil Trainer Certification Workshop.

The “Heart, Mind, and Soul Seminar” series breaks down common misconceptions and provides insights about the attitudes, values, and beliefs of particular people groups. We then help you develop effective outreach strategies so you can share the hope you have in Jesus with people of different cultures in your neighborhood.
