Across Indiana, we are working with churches to return to a simple and biblical focus: reproducing disciples, developing leaders, and multiplying healthy churches.
This is not about adding more programs or creating unnecessary complexity. It is about clarifying a process that helps churches stay centered on the mission Christ has given us. That process is simple: connect, strengthen, and multiply.
We begin by helping churches connect around a clear and shared mission. Every church needs to be able to answer the question of why it exists. We come alongside pastors and leaders to help develop concise mission statements and establish core values rooted in Acts 2:41–47 and the works of Christ. These values emphasize the teaching of the Word, genuine fellowship, faithful prayer, generous living, and consistent gospel witness. When those priorities are clear, churches are better equipped to evaluate their work and set aside activities that do not support the mission.
From there, we focus on strengthening the church through a clear discipleship pathway. Many churches have faithful people who want to grow but lack a defined process to help them take the next step. We work to build simple, intentional pathways that include onboarding for new believers, clear next steps for growth, and opportunities to go deeper in their walk with Christ. The goal is to help every person move from attending to growing, from growing to serving, and from serving to leading.
We also help churches think carefully about the future by casting a clear three-year vision. This provides direction and unity, helping leaders move forward with purpose rather than simply maintaining what already exists. From that vision, we develop practical implementation strategies so that churches can take meaningful, measurable steps forward.
An important part of this work is developing leadership pipelines. Healthy churches require healthy leaders, and those leaders must be developed intentionally. We assist churches in creating structures that set clear expectations, provide regular evaluation, and offer ongoing training. These pipelines are more than organizational tools. They are discipleship-making pathways that help leaders grow as they serve. As pastors lead, deacons serve, and the congregation carries out the work of ministry, leadership development becomes part of the life of the church.
All of this moves us toward multiplication. As churches clarify their mission, strengthen their people, and develop leaders, they are positioned to reproduce through new ministries, revitalization efforts, and church planting.
Our desire is to see a healthy church connected to the fellowship in all 92 counties of Indiana. At the same time, we want to faithfully reach the growing immigrant population across our state. As we welcome these new Hoosiers, we see a God-given opportunity to share the gospel and help churches engage people from every background.
We are praying that God will raise up churches across Indiana that are not only healthy but are also faithfully multiplying for His glory.
