Rhyjob Henry “Rj” Cabugwas has served as pastor of First Baptist Church since 1998. He received his bachelor’s degree at Baptist Bible Seminary & Institute in Manila, Philippines & his Master in Divinity at Great Plains Baptist Divinity School & is finishing his graduate studies. Rj and his wife Phebe have three children. Reuben, Sean & Karisse. Aside from ministry work, he likes to play basketball & pickle-ball. Rj’s desire is to continue to make disciples & plant churches until Jesus comes. Matthew 28:19-20;Acts 1:8.
