In neighborhoods across North America, the aroma of ethnic cuisine drifts from apartment windows. Multiple languages ripple through parks, shops, and mosques, while temples and community centers serve as anchors for cultures from every corner of the globe. For the church, this isn’t a challenge to overcome. It’s a divine opportunity.
At EveryEthne, our calling is clear: we exist to mobilize churches to multiply by equipping them to plant new churches among every people group in North America. We believe God has positioned the local church as His primary vehicle for reaching the nations, and the nations are now at our doorstep.
Why Focus on Church Planting?
Church planting isn’t just a trend. It’s a biblical strategy. From the pages of Acts onward, we see that the gospel advanced through the birth of new local churches. Paul’s missionary journeys were more than evangelistic crusades. They were church-starting movements. Wherever the gospel took root, communities of believers emerged, gathered, grew, and eventually multiplied.
In today’s North America, we’re witnessing an unprecedented opportunity. Global migration, urbanization, and cultural fragmentation have created a mission field in our own backyard. What is the best way to engage this mission field? Help churches plant new culturally relevant, gospel-centered, and community-rooted churches.
The EveryEthne Approach: Partnering, Not Planting
At EveryEthne, we don’t plant churches. We empower churches to plant churches.
We believe every church has a role in the Great Commission, and many churches are ready to take the next step in multiplication. You may just need the proper support. That’s where we come in. Our mission is to come alongside churches to help them identify, train, and launch church planters within their own congregations or networks.
Our role includes:
- Coaching and training church leaders in how to develop a church planting vision and strategy.
- Equipping planters with tools for contextualized ministry, cross-cultural evangelism, and leadership development.
- Providing missional strategy and assessment to ensure churches are not only planted but set up to reproduce.
- Fostering networks of like-minded churches for encouragement, prayer, and collaboration.
We don’t replace the local church. We champion it. We exist to serve pastors, elders, and mission-minded members who are ready to move from addition to multiplication.
Multiplication in Action
In a small rural town, a church with a heart for lost people made a bold decision to send 40% of its members to a nearby rural town to establish a new church. This included nearly 50% of their leaders. EveryEthne leaders spent years working with them before the launch to help develop the culture needed for planting. Within a year, both churches were flourishing.
Churches across North America are feeling called to reach the growing Hispanic populations near their church. With coaching and resources from EveryEthne, many have developed ministries and churches in Spanish.
These aren’t EveryEthne church plants. They are church plants birthed by local churches, with EveryEthne in the background offering prayer, guidance, and strategy along the way.
You Have a Role to Play
Church planting is not reserved for megachurches or missionaries with overseas experience. Any church, regardless of size, budget, or location, can become a multiplying church. At EveryEthne, we’re ready to walk with you to discern how God might be calling your church to be part of this movement.
Whether you’re a pastor sensing God’s tug toward planting, a church member with a heart for cross-cultural ministry, or a sending church looking for practical steps, you’re not alone.
Church planting isn’t about new programs. It’s about new people meeting Jesus. It’s about gospel saturation, community transformation, and global mission starting right where you are.
Let’s work together to help churches plant churches until every people group in North America has access to a gospel-preaching, disciple-making, mission-sending local church.
